Shopping Information

Do I need an account to place an order?

Creating an account is not mandatory to purchase products on the Oilbro Motorcycles website but creating an account will allow you to access several features that will make it easier to manage and track your orders.

From “My account” page you will be able to view your recent orders, manage your delivery addresses, download your old invoices, and check the delivery status of your order at any time when its tracking is available.

How do you explain these low prices?

Our partnerships with manufacturers allows us to offer you low prices and always free delivery by shipping products directly from their warehouses. Without stock fees, we can offer you lower prices than those most commonly observed on the market.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order, please send us an email at sales@oilbro-motorcycles.com. Please specify both order price and order ID for us to process your request easily.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can use VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or even pay with Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Safer than it’s ever been.

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critical information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it.

This technology includes the following features:

Authentication – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.

Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.

Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

In the unlikely incidence of unauthorised use of your card you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection.

Orders & Returns

How do I track my order?

If your payment has been successfully completed, then your order will be processed by our teams and your products prepared for shipment.

Your tracking number will be provided as soon as possible by our carriers.

If you do not have a tracking number, the shipping information may not have been sent automatically. Our teams have the accurate information of your order that we can send you manually. Contact our customer service to obtain the status of your order in this case.

If you ordered without creating an account (as a guest) and a tracking number is made available, the tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track the delivery of your package from this page: Order Tracking.

You will then access the tracking page of your parcel.

How products are delivered?

The products are shipped by our partner manufacturers and delivered via your local carrier to the delivery address indicated during the checkout process. Our manufacturing partners are located in France, Germany, the United Kingdom and China.

What if I have not received my order yet?

If the online tracking of your order is not available or you did not receive your order within the time indicated, contact our customer service to request more information. We can send you our internal tracking information manually.

If the maximum initial delay of 30 working days is unfortunately exceeded, we will offer a solution and a discount on your next order.

In case you have not received your package within 40 business days, you can request a refund of your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

Your order is processed by our teams within a maximum of 24 hours. Our products are then delivered within 10 to 20 business days on average. These deadlines may vary as our products are shipped directly by our manufacturing partners.
